Who we are

We are corporate lawyers who chose to work in a niche legal practice rather than in an anonymous, impersonal monolith.  We believe our smaller, more dynamic environment allows us to personally and collectively deliver a better, more efficient legal service to our clients.

We base our business on long-term relationships with our clients and endeavour to deliver added value on a sustained basis.  We take the time to acquire an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our clients’ businesses and the sectors in which they operate.

Values and vision

Our clients’ interests are the focal point of our business, and we strive to achieve excellence in everything we do for them.  We take on work only if we can add real value for our clients.  We will not do everything for everyone.

We seek excellence and work to innovate in everything we do.

Our goal is to be a leading commercial Jersey law firm, delivering consistent, quality, value-added services to all of our clients.

We will have achieved this when:

• we are acknowledged by our clients and the market as a top-quality legal service provider in each practice area in which we operate.
